YLINK / META APP REVIEW
Meta App Review
YLink is a Business Messaging Console for viewing incoming WhatsApp messages, connection state, and webhook health. This test-stage integration currently uses Meta test numbers and authorized test recipients.
START HERE / NO LOGIN REQUIRED
Start Messaging Test ↗- Open the test using the button above.
- Click Send Meta Review Test Message once. Everything is already configured by the owner.
- Check the returned WhatsApp message ID or error. Confirm delivery on the authorized test device with the owner.
No account, password, recipient entry, or message drafting is needed.
Requested permissions
whatsapp_business_messaging
YLink uses WhatsApp messaging for incoming-message visibility and a separate, manual Meta App Review demonstration. The public review tool sends one fixed template message to the single authorized test recipient. Normal YLink operations remain receive-only.
whatsapp_business_management
Requested for authorized WhatsApp Business Account and phone-number metadata used in connection visibility and future business onboarding. The current console shows configured and webhook-observed asset state; live business authorization and management are not yet implemented. This review tool does not register, migrate, disconnect, or modify business numbers.
PUBLIC / MANUAL TEST
Messaging Test
Open /review/whatsapp-messaging and click Send Meta Review Test Message. The sender exists only for Meta App Review and is not for production messaging.
The fixed template is jaspers_market_order_confirmation_v1, language en_US, with sample body values John Doe, 123456, and Oct 17, 2026. Recipients and message content cannot be changed.
Exact reviewer testing steps
- Click Start Messaging Test above. It opens immediately; no account or password is required.
- Alternatively, open Open Messaging Test above, or visit
/review/whatsapp-messaging. - Click Send Meta Review Test Message once. The recipient and template are already set; no input is needed.
- Check the result shown on the page. A successful API response displays the returned WhatsApp message ID; a failed request displays an error. If the tool is unavailable, contact the YLink owner.
- Confirm receipt on the authorized test recipient's WhatsApp device with the project owner. A returned message ID indicates API acceptance, not confirmed delivery.
Scope and access
This landing page, the Messaging Test page, and its send action are public and require no authentication. The fixed recipient, fixed template, same-origin checks, and shared five-attempts-per-minute limit still apply. The normal inbox, settings, dashboard, and administration areas remain operator-only.
Normal YLink operations remain receive-only: there are no inbox replies, campaigns, bulk sending, queues, or automatic replies. The isolated review sender does not change that behavior. Requested permissions do not imply Meta approval or completed business onboarding.
